For those who do not know, miss Caitlin Crawford is a college student who was able to score an internship with the media crew of the Dallas Cowboys. For those who do not know, the Dallas Cowboys is a football team that originated from Dallas and is one of the best in the country. What makes miss Caitlin special is that she is in fact among the few who were able to score an internship with the crew for two summers in a row.
For the people who have never heard of miss Crawford before, as stated above, she is still a student and she is taking up a degree in the University of Oklahoma. She is taking up broadcasting and media studies in this school. Of course the main highlight of her college life was that time wherein she got the internship where she would work with the media team of the Dallas Cowboys.
At that time, she applied for the internship by sending her resume to the media department of that place. Now what she did not expect was that the media department called her back and scheduled her for an interview in the stadium. Excitedly, she went to the interview and got the internship at the Cowboys stadium as a video editor.
From being a video editor, she then began shooting her own footage. Some things she was doing while in this internship was covering events that were taking place in the stadium of the Dallas Cowboys. One of the most exciting events that she covered was the audition of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleading team where she was able to meet all participants of this audition.
Other things that she did during that time was that she helped with the operations of the cameras on the set. She also assisted the media teams that covered the behind the scenes footage of certain events that happened in the stadium. Other than that, she even had the chance to help with some of the marketing projects of the department that she was with.
When her internship during the summer ended, they still wanted her to work with them during the holidays in covering some features of sports events. She produced a few features and covered some events while she also was in charge of video editing. She did such a good job that when the second summer came, she got invited again.
Things took a turn for the better during the second time as she had even more things to do while she was there. During this time, she became more and more independent and even was in charge of producing some features on a daily basis. She did interviews wherein she interviewed players, the coaches, the fans, and even the nutritionist.
Miss Caitlin Crawford was definitely a student who was able to land her dream internship. When she saw an opportunity come in, she did all she could do in order to grab that one opportunity. Because of that leap of faith, she was able to get what she always wanted which was an internship with the Dallas Cowboys.
