However, you must dilute the water when brushing to avoid causing abrasion to your teeth. You can mix half of the seawater with half of the fresh water when brushing. Remember, this is meant for whitening the teeth and has not been found effective for killing bacteria.

Sugar is known to enhance teeth decay, but that is not the case. Natural sugars protect your tooth from corrosion and can keep your teeth healthy for many years. This is derived from vegetables and some fruits and is packed in gums, lozenges or sugar form. It is recommended that you swish a small amount of it in your mouth before the brushing process begins.

Some natural oils are medicinal, and they could assist in maintaining your dental health. Such oils are found in coconuts, sesame seeds, and sunflower and have been in use for centuries. Oil from these products should be swished in the mouth lasting for twenty minutes. As such, your accumulation of plaque and issues of gingivitis will be controlled.

Tooth decay has remained a headache for most people who are forced to have them removed from severe pains. Take care of your teeth early enough by using the above natural toothpaste. This will not only save you some dollars but will ensure your oral system remains healthy.
