Some of the customers did not undergo the training that you went through so they are not well versed with the terminologies that is often used. This is essential for understanding.

There are some of the skills that can be learned through training and every day practice. You must have the ability to solve problems in a well organized manner. And this is not something that you would learn the first try. So if you fail for the first time, you do not have to be disheartened.
