These beans are then roasted in different degrees depending on the flavor desired and are ground and brewed in hot water after. The drink can be prepared and served in different ways including cold instead of hot.

Drinking it moderately has health benefits you can gain aside from having a boost of energy and helps prevent certain diseases. This also improves the dental health and prevents gum disease by giving a protective benefit.

Coffee is being considered to be among the healthiest drink available with all the mentioned health benefits and more helping people to live longer if taken moderately daily. This could not be the same for everyone particularly those who are pregnant women, have caffeine sensitivity and with heart conditions. Excess consuming of coffee will result in too much caffeine inside your body which will negate the benefits of drinking them.
